Enroll at GDHS

We would love to help you enroll your child at Grace M. Davis High School.  In order to make the process go as smooth as possible, please follow the steps below.

Step 1:

Verify that you live within our high school boundary. This can be done by visiting here.

If you find that you do not live within our boundary, but still would like to attend out school, we'll need an Inter/Intra-District Transfer (IDT) form filled out.

Step 2:

YOU WILL NEED GATHER THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

  • Photo ID of Parent/Guardian

  • Proof of Residency (a recent utility bill, rental/mortgage receipt, paystub, or other government correspondence. This needs to be in the name of the parent/guardian whose photo ID you provide. If none are available, an alternative form is available)

  • Proof of Age (birth certificate, passport, physician's affidavit, or baptismal certificate)

  • Immunization Records (including 2 Varicella and a Tdap after the age of 7)

  • Additional paperwork may be necessary depending on individual circumstances (ie. IEP/504 plans, Custody agreements, Living Situations, Transcripts and/or Withdrawal Grades depending on the time of year of enrollment)

Step 3:

After you have gathered the required documents, you are ready to begin to register your child with Modesto City Schools at the link below..
