Enroll at GDHS

We would love to help you enroll your child at Grace M. Davis High School.  In order to make the process go as smooth as possible, we have provided a list of documents for you to review.

Step 1:

YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING ITEMS TO ENROLL YOUR CHILD:

  • Immunization Record (including 2 varicella and a tDap)

  • Birth Certificate or Passport

  • Transcript of previous grades

  • One proof of address

  • Parent/Guardian must be present to enroll

*Additional paperwork may be necessary depending on individual circumstances (ei. IEP/504, Custody, or Living Situations)

Step 2:

After you have gathered the required documents, you are ready to begin to register your child with Modesto City Schools at the link below..
